I’ve tried it all, the detox teas, the “don’t eat carbs” era, the endless cardio. I was tiny, moody, starving, and straight-up miserable. My period disappeared, my confidence tanked, and fitness felt like punishment instead of freedom. What actually changed my life? Ditching the BS and finding balance. Lifting weights.
