I find this app incredibly useful. First because it doesn't make me embarrassed for getting stoned out of my gourd to lift heavy and two it's in a way that I feel I can stick with the program and I am excited because I truly am seeing results from the progress photos.
Yes! It's all from your programs. I did some of one of the programs. I forgot what one. Then I did the BBL challenge and now I'm doing the best buds one and this morning I was thinking my butt felt heavier so o took the picture and Compared it to a picture I took beginning of November last year. I literally love your workouts. They have helped me understand what the fuck I should be doing with weights.
